Working in Finance Department ;

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify invoice details.
  • Key-in invoices accurately into accounting system.
  • Keep Track and follow-up on pending invoices.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping.
  • Asisst Finance team with basic administrative tasks.
  • Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update and maintain accounting records and filing system.
  • Assist during month-end closing.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager / Superior.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Able to work with Fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

  • STPM / diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Mandarin speaker is plus point

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
