Job description

• Maintain and update accurate inventory records in the system.
• Record all stock movements, including inter-showroom transfers, in real time.
• Verify incoming goods and repairs against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality before system entry.
• Perform costing and pricing calculations with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with factory, showroom, and production teams to ensure smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
• Manage stock transfers and ensure proper documentation in the system.
• Prepare and submit relevant documents (invoices, delivery orders, stock reports) for verification and record-keeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong numerical and mathematical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
