DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To prepare full set of M&E construction drawings, Shop drawing and other related drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• To produce and process drawing using AutoCAD/BIM software. and add details to drawing plans.
• Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers.
• Generate detailed AutoCAD/ BIM models and drawings for Mechanical and/or Electrical works in accordance with project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently to develop drawings for submission, ensuring adherence to engineering principles and best practices.
• Propose system routing independently based on engineering standards, and perform quality checks on model and drawing production.
• Interpret and comprehend schematic and single-line diagrams for accurate representation in BIM models.
• Maintain meticulous records of all issued and received models/drawings, ensuring document control standards are met
• Actively participate in coordination meetings and clash detection sessions as needed, contributing to seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with the engineer-in-charge and other technical professionals on assigned tasks to achieve project goals
• Any other ad-hoc / duties / projects that may be assigned by Lead.

REQUIREMENT:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Revit.
• Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented.
• Team player and self-motivated.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel interstate.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
