• Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for machines and facilities to ensure operational reliability.
• Perform machine and equipment troubleshooting, repair, and technical problem-solving.
• Analyse machine breakdowns, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage and purchase machine spare parts and repair components in coordination with suppliers.
• Maintain proper spare parts inventory control and stock monitoring.
• Assist the Factory Manager and Technical Director in maintenance-related projects and technical matters.
• Manage and maintain ISO documentation for the Maintenance Department in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 requirements.
• Plan, operate, and maintain the waste water treatment plant (WWTP).
• Ensure workplace compliance with 5S practices and safety standards.
• Comply with all relevant Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) regulations and support continuous accident prevention initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing skills.
• Experience in WWTP maintenance is an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime or as and when required.
