Job Description:

• Manage customer audit preparation activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle RMA processes and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
• Oversee incoming material inspection and manage non-conformance feedback effectively.
• Monitor yield performance, product alerts, and manage GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) for personnel and systems.
• Ensure effective process quality control to maintain smooth production line operations.
• Develop and deliver training programs for departmental staff.
• Participate in TPI project implementation to ensure compliance with all specified requirements.
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
• Review and update system-related documents and forms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and drive corrective and preventive improvements.
• Coordinate external audits (ISO / TUV / UL / RoHS certifications) and ensure successful compliance. 负责ISO / TUV / UL / RoHS
• Establish and maintain an effective document management system
• Train and supervise Document Control Center (DCC) personnel.
• Organize weekly and monthly quality meetings and prepare related performance reports.
• Manage and continuously improve the Document Control System.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Open to fresh graduates; candidates with 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Department are preferred.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards, as well as quality management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and control process abnormalities.
• Proven ability to handle customer audits and manage RMA processes.
• Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (both written and spoken).
