JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical
• Fresh Graduates or 1-3 Years of experience in Mechanical Building Services Consultancy
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Engineering Software such as Camel, E20 or equivalent heat load and building services calculation tools.
• Solid understanding of Mechanical building services design (ACMV, Cold Water Sanitary, Vertical Transport, Fire Protection & Swimming Pool)
• Familiar with Malaysian Local Authority submission requirements and Building Codes (UBBL, MS Standards & BOMBA requirements)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead & deliver mechanical building services design task. (ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Protection, Vertical Transport & Swimming Pool)
• Prepare & review Mechanical Engineering Design drawing, Calculations, Specifications and Tender.
• Prepare Tender Reports, Mechanical Budgetary Cost & Bill Of Quantity (BQ).
• Attend Meeting

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
