Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing AI chatbots for 24/7 customer support
  • Automating KYC and onboarding processes
  • Improving CRM and lead management for traders, IBs, and MIBs
  • Supporting MT4/MT5-related customer experience improvements
  • Building dashboards and reports for performance tracking
  • Reducing manual work and operational costs through automation
  • Working closely with Support, Sales, Compliance, and Tech teams
