About LBZ Studio

LBZ Studio is a cross-border fashion e-commerce brand focused on overseas markets. We sell women’s apparel through our Shopify independent store, with traffic mainly driven by paid social channels.

Our current core markets include Taiwan, Japan, the United States, Singapore, and other international markets. Our business model is built around testing new fashion products, identifying strong-performing items, and scaling them through Meta Ads, creative testing, product page improvement, and fast supply-chain execution.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Paid Ads Manager to manage and scale our Meta advertising performance.


Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Manager to primarily manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.

This role focuses on structured testing, stable scaling, creative performance, and efficient customer acquisition. The candidate should be able to manage campaigns independently, analyze performance clearly, and work closely with the creative and Shopify operations teams to improve the full paid traffic funnel.

Meta Ads experience is required. Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels is a plus, but not the main focus.

This role is not just about increasing ad spend. The goal is to find winning products, winning creatives, and winning audiences, then scale them in a controlled and data-driven way.


Core Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management

Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts across Facebook and Instagram. Set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns, ad sets, creatives, budgets, and performance rules based on business goals.

Campaign Structure & Scaling

Plan campaign structures for product testing, creative testing, retargeting, and scaling. Allocate budgets based on product performance, market performance, ROAS, CPA, and inventory situation.

Creative Testing

Develop structured creative testing plans, including hooks, angles, formats, product selling points, visuals, UGC-style content, and promotional messages. Work closely with the creative/content team to improve ad creatives based on data.

Product Testing & Hero Product Scaling

Support the testing of new fashion products through Meta Ads. Identify products with scaling potential and help build a repeatable process from testing to validation to budget scaling.

Performance Analysis

Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, add-to-cart rate, checkout rate, and purchase volume. Identify whether performance issues are caused by creatives, traffic quality, landing pages, pricing, offers, or product-market fit.

Market & Channel Performance

Track performance across different markets, including Taiwan, Japan, the United States, Singapore, and other regions. Adjust campaign strategy based on market behavior, customer response, and product fit.

Funnel Collaboration

Work with the Shopify operations / CRO team to improve the conversion of paid traffic. Provide feedback on product pages, landing pages, offers, and ad-to-page consistency.


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Proven experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer e-commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, AOV, and scaling logic.
  • Able to independently manage campaigns, budgets, testing plans, and optimization decisions.
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce websites.
  • Strong creative testing mindset; able to explain what kind of ad creatives work and why.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to turn data into clear actions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving testing environment.
  • English is required. Mandarin is a plus due to coordination with China-based product and supply-chain teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Meta Ads for women’s fashion or apparel brands.
  • Experience with international markets such as Taiwan, Japan, US, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Southeast Asia.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads.
  • Experience working with UGC-style creatives, influencer content, or short-form video ads.
  • Understanding of Shopify funnel metrics and product page conversion.
  • Experience scaling products from testing stage to hero product stage.
  • Basic understanding of inventory, stock availability, and product replenishment impact on ad scaling.
