Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The Application SupportManager will lead the application support team, ensuring high-quality technicalsupport, operational excellence, and service level adherence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proven expertise in Application Support andTechnical Support
2. Strong Analytical Skills and troubleshootingcapabilities
3. Experience in Team Management and coordinatingwith stakeholders
4. Proficiency in identifying and solvingapplication-related issues efficiently
5. Excellent communication, leadership, andorganizational skills
6. Demonstrated experience in driving processimprovement initiatives (e.g., incident management, knowledge management, orautomation of manual tasks)
7. Hands-on exposure to software testing processes,including regression testing, UAT coordination, or validating production fixes
8. Knowledge of C/C++ programming, and Python is anadvantage
9. Bachelor’s degree in computer science,Information Technology, or a related field
10. Priorexperience in financial technology or trading software is a strong advantage
