We are a team with a leading financial institution in Asia.

We are seeking a customer-oriented Operations & Client Service Executive to support daily operational and client servicing activities within our team.

Your role

• Handle client enquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales/advisory team
• Liaise with clients and internal department on servicing matters
• Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow-up of outstanding matters
• Support event preparation
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
• Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively
• Prior experience in financial services or customer service will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills (written & spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
