DAILY WORK;

Microsoft Office & CRM Software Knowledge
Strong Communication Skills and a Customer-Focused Approach to Understand Needs
To Meet Sales Targets / Exceed Sales Targets and KPIs.

• Perform B2B and Outdoor Sales, Managing Sales Leads and Quotas, Negotiating Terms.
• Work Closely with Customers from All Industries & Companies In-Charge: Mostly HR / Office / Facilities Managers,
• Developing Customer Relationships, Demonstrating Beverages Products & Recommend Machine Packages.
• After Closed Sales Deals, Create Customer Account; Support On Warranty.
• Guide Step-by-Step Operating Manuals, Support On How to Use; Digital Displays, Programmable Buttons. Pre-Grinding, Pre-Infusion, Water Pressure, etc.
• Keep Track of Machine Malfunctions - Recommend Repair Solutions, If Needed.
• For After-Sales Preventive Maintenance and Servicing; - Recommend Workshop
