About Kuailu

Kuailu Technology is dedicated to building a one-stop AI-powered intelligent office system. With AI agents as the engine, it integrates a full-scenario office ecosystem encompassing AI-driven office work, collaboration, and meetings. The system covers all business scenarios, including HR, finance, procurement, administration, and CRM. By establishing a unified data foundation to replace multiple software systems, it breaks down internal information silos, enables seamless data flow across entire business processes, and activates core data assets related to people, capital, and materials. This transforms data into intelligent productivity, helping enterprises achieve low-cost, high-efficiency, and integrated smart office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Provide market and customer insights to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical departments.
  • Share insights on local market demands to support product localization and enhancement.
  • Responsible for achieving individual annual sales targets as set by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office solutions or SaaS/PaaS.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and expanding client portfolios.
  • In-depth knowledge of software sales cycles and licensing models.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and able to excel in a competitive environment.
