An established Insurance Brokerage firm is looking for a detail- oriented Sales Operations Manager to support their growing business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales operations support to Sales team including documentation preparations, client medical arrangement, new & ongoing application documentation as well as policy delivery
• Update Sales team on their pipeline and cases and to ensure that sales meetings are updated in the systems
• Partner with Sales and Client Service team to ensure smooth preparation and completion of annual reviews

Requirements:

• Min 3 years of client service or relationship management experience with HNW clients preferably in insurance or banking industry
• Familiar with the insurance sales flow is highly preferrable
• Strong interpersonal skills
