Job Summary

You will manage store inventory by recording sales and restocking items, maintain a clean and organized store environment, mediate staff-client interactions, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.

Responsibilities

Record sales transactions accurately and restock the store to maintain inventory levels
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to support efficient operations
Mediate and de-escalate confrontations between staff and clients to maintain a positive environment
Verify the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of materials received from vendors to ensure compliance with standards
Organize and stock received materials for easy access, identification, verification, and handling
Apply appropriate care and preservation methods to prevent damage and loss of stocked materials
Coordinate the smooth issuance of materials to the issue department to support operational needs
Maintain accurate accounting records of materials received and issued to ensure inventory integrity

Requirements

Preferably Singaporean
Forklift license holder is a must
Min "O' level
