Job Description

As a Data Migration Consultant, you will lead and execute data conversion projects for assigned data types, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality migration of healthcare data from legacy systems to NGEMR. You will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to manage the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle and support NGEMR go-lives.

What will you do?

Data Conversion Leadership & Execution

• Lead data conversion activities for assigned data types in accordance with the Data Conversion Methodology
• Manage end-to-end data conversion processes including procurement, data extraction, mapping, analysis, conversion, testing, loading, and go-live support

Project Planning & Delivery

• Assist in the development of data conversion project plans
• Adhere to planned project timelines and deliverables
• Manage and drive multiple data conversion projects concurrently

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive the data conversion process
• Report project progress and status in a timely and structured manner

Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support

• Support go-live activities
Investigate, troubleshoot, and fix data-related issues during and after go-live
• 
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Broad and in-depth healthcare domain knowledge
• Experience in system integration and interfacing via HL7 / SFTP / DICOM
• Strong database and SQL knowledge
• Ability to understand and analyze complex workflow scenarios
• Ability to manage and drive multiple projects concurrently
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive mindset, and strong team-player attitude
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science
