Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide system administration, technical support and troubleshooting
    to ensure service level to internal/external customers are maintained
  • Work closely with relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of
    application release and system maintenance, problem escalation and
    resolution with minimized impact to production systems
  • Involve in IT security assignment such as network and systems audits,
    penetration test
  • Operational duties

Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma in IT from a recognized institution
  • At least 1-2 year of working experience in Solaris/Linux system
    administration
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking & its applications
  • Good understanding of 3-tier architecture and web applications
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Solaris and other Unices, Windows OS and their
    securities
  • Good knowledge in shell scripting, other programming skill is a plus
  • Willing to provide 24x7 standby support
  • Team player with good interpersonal communication, presentation and
    customer service oriented skills
  • Able to take on pressure and work independently
  • Fresh graduates with strong Solaris/Linux hands-on experience are
    welcome to apply
