Requirements:

• A level, Diploma or Degree Graduate in Business Administration, fresh Graduates from the School of Business Studies, Graduate of CGI or ICSA, currently pursuing CGI courses are welcome
• Those without qualification but have years of experience may also apply
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well organize, meticulous and able to work independently and under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative/secretarial supports to companies
• Performing corporate secretarial duties, such as prepare resolutions and minutes of meetings,
• Prepare and maintain statutory records of business entities in compliance with the relevant legislation
• Coordinate proceeding of board and general meetings, preparation of annual reports
• Filing of returns with the authorities
