Job Description
We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant Manager to support and execute marketing initiatives across retail, events, and digital platforms.
You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance through strategic campaigns and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support retail promotions and product launches
Manage and coordinate events, roadshows, and mall activations (e.g. atrium showcases)
Liaise with external partners including malls, media, KOLs, and vendors
Oversee content creation for social media, including captions, visuals, and campaign messaging
Support membership acquisition and CRM initiatives
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Work closely with retail teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry
Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience in event execution and mall coordination is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
