We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage payroll, recruitment, and full-spectrum HR operations. This role requires someone well-versed in Singapore employment regulations and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including Time Management System (TMS) and verification of attendance records
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory contributions (CPF, SDL) and tax filings (IR8A, IR21)
- Handle government-related claims (NS, maternity, childcare, paternity, training grants)
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database
- Prepare employment documentation including appointment letters, confirmations, resignations, and terminations
- Manage employee benefits and insurance matters (e.g. medical insurance, work injury compensation claims)
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Liaise with local polytechnics and universities for internship programmes
Work Pass & Regulatory Matters
- Manage applications and renewals for work passes (WP, SP, EP, LOC, Dependant Pass, etc.)
- Handle related immigration or visit pass matters
Training & Projects
- Coordinate training and development programmes
- Support HR initiatives and other HR-related projects
- Assist with ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements (MOM, CPF, IRAS, ICA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, preferably in Info-tech
- Meticulous, organised, and able to handle confidential information
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
