Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
• Monitor and maintain dessert quality and service standards consistently to meet customer expectations
• Create and sustain a welcoming dining atmosphere by managing customer greetings, ambient sounds, and scents
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to uphold customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory by checking stock levels regularly and requesting supplies to prevent shortages
• Control wastage through effective stock management and ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment
• Supervise cashiering processes and daily sales reporting to ensure accurate financial records
• Reconcile cash transactions daily to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
• Support promotional and upselling initiatives to drive sales growth
• Report daily operational performance, issues, and feedback to management for continuous improvement
• Assist in planning and coordinating promotions, events, and special menu offerings
