Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings.
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations.
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers.
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations.
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry.
• or
• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects.
