Role Overview

You will own and operate Output Management Systems (OMS) for printing and electronic document distribution in a regulated banking environment. Acting as the Singapore point of contact, you will handle L2/L3 production support, automation, and continuous improvement, in collaboration with Swiss teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 support of OMS platforms (printing & electronic distribution)
Monitor and manage end-to-end output flows (composition spooling
• distribution)
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
• Manage deployments, upgrades, and change processes
• Automate operations using scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations (APAC focus) and data security standards
• Implement monitoring (e.g., Splunk) and track KPIs (availability, performance)
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong experience in Output Management / Printing / Electronic Documents
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar)
• Understanding of regulatory constraints across APAC countries
• Experience in production support (L2/L3)
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with OMS tools (Rocket EOS, Columbus OM, Quadient Inspire)
• Knowledge of print formats (PDF, PCL, PostScript, VIPP)
• Exposure to ECM / document management systems
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, XL Deploy, etc.)
