Responsibilities

• Lead application for payment licence with Monetary Authority of Singapore (e.g. Major Payment Institution licence)
• Design end-to-end payment architecture, including fund flow, settlement and reconciliation
• Establish compliance framework covering AML / KYC / CFT requirements
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, auditors and banking partners
• Build and manage relationships with acquiring banks and payment partners (e.g. Worldpay)
• Define risk management, fraud prevention and chargeback processes
• Support internal teams on payment integration, operations and reporting
• Build and scale payment team as business grows

Requirements

• 8–15 years in payments / fintech / acquiring
• Strong understanding of: AML / KYC / safeguarding, payment flow & settlement structure
• Experience working with: banks / acquirers / regulators

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
