Logistics Operations Coordinator
Salary Up To: SGD 3,300 (Basic) + Allowances + AWS + VB
Location: Changi
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM (5.5 days)
We are looking for a Customer Service to support our logistics and transportation operations. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution of delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare job instructions for LCL/FCL import and export trucking operations.
- Liaise with PSA, depots, and carriers to ensure timely container movement and vessel status monitoring.
- Coordinate local cargo collections and deliveries between customers and warehouse teams, ensuring 100% on-time performance.
- Manage MatchBox approvals and source external hauliers to optimize the reuse of empty containers.
- Inspect and record container conditions; manage the billing and refund process for washing and damage charges with carriers and clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for job inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely updates on shipment statuses.
- Handle administrative duties including documentation, faxes, and filing to maintain accurate operational records.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Levels/N-Levels or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve delivery delays or issues independently.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Singapore logistics, shipping, or trucking operations. Candidates with experience in container haulage will be highly regarded.
