What you'll be doing

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods following established recipes and procedures
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
• Assist in the development of new recipes and products
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborate with the wider team to meet production targets and respond to customer orders

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes and techniques
