Key Responsibilities:
Machine Technician
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Inspect machines regularly to identify and address potential issues before they cause significant problems.
- Clean and lubricate machines as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Repair
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and equipment.
- Execute repairs on malfunctioning machine, including replacing or repairing defective parts.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.
Installation and Setup
- Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
- Calibrate and adjust machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
- Report major issues or required repairs to the Maintenance Manager or Production Supervisor.
- Update maintenance logs and contribute to maintenance planning and improvement strategies.
Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working on machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with production staff to understand machine performance and address issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance activities and machine status.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
