Key Responsibilities:

Machine Technician

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Inspect machines regularly to identify and address potential issues before they cause significant problems.
• Clean and lubricate machines as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

Troubleshooting and Repair

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery and equipment.
• Execute repairs on malfunctioning machine, including replacing or repairing defective parts.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve complex technical problems.

Installation and Setup

• Assist with the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
• Calibrate and adjust machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
• Report major issues or required repairs to the Maintenance Manager or Production Supervisor.
• Update maintenance logs and contribute to maintenance planning and improvement strategies.

Safety and Compliance

• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working on machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with production staff to understand machine performance and address issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance activities and machine status.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
