Job Description

Responsibilities

ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, or Social Work (or related fields).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in family or community relations within an educational environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations.

· Experience in event planning, program coordination, and family outreach.

· Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and support staff.

· Proficiency in using digital communication tools, such as school management systems and social media platforms.

JOB DETAILS:

· Serve as the primary contact for family inquiries, including operations-related feedback, school policies, and student services like the school bus, student care and others

· Assist families in accessing resources such as student support, school bus services, and extracurricular programs. Resolve family concerns and collaborate with staff for interventions.

· Coordinate logistics for family-related services, such as school bus and student care scheduling, and address any service-related concerns promptly.

· Maintain records of family engagement, including service requests and feedback, and prepare reports for the Management.

· Design outreach initiatives and family support programs to enhance parent engagement, strengthen home–school partnerships, and increase overall family satisfaction.

· Provide administrative support to school operations, including handling parent documentation, preparing communication materials, organizing meetings or events, and assisting with school-wide activities.

· Support the planning and execution of events involving parents and students (e.g., orientations, workshops, celebrations), ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination.

· Liaise with internal departments to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate dissemination of information to families.

· Conduct Student’s Satisfaction Survey and Parent’s Satisfaction Survey during mid-year and year-end.

· Monitor and record all parent’s feedback in all channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
