Responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and helping design effective solutions aligned with business and technology needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, gather requirements, and define future-state solutions that improve operations and overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business models, workflows, and system integrations
• Gathering, researching, and synthesizing business and technical information
• Performing testing of build artifacts to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Facilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive collaboration
• Creating clear and detailed documentation to support solution design and implementation
• Using data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
• Supporting project activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Participating actively in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related challenges

You will be expected to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and develop subject matter expertise within the project or domain.

Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis
• Exposure to Business Process Design, Business Model Strategy, Pega Application Development, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: Up to $4,800.00 per month
