Role Description

You will be the bridge between our trading desk, global logistics partners, customers and banks. Your mission is to ensure the seamless movement of goods and the flawless execution of trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met from port to destination.

Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process all trade documents

Payment Instruments: Handle LC applications and vetting; DP, DA; ensure all documentation complies with UCP 600 standards for smooth bank negotiations.

Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with ship owners, freight forwarders, shipping lines and warehouses to optimize logistics timelines and maximise efficiency.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure all operations adhere to Delta Group’s strict governance framework and international trade regulations.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and uphold the process integrity.

Who You Are

Experienced: 2–4 years of experience in trade operations or supply chain, preferably within the agri-commodities in containers or breakbulk.

Detail-Oriented: You have an "eagle eye" for documentation errors and a deep understanding of Incoterms 2020.

Problem Solver: You remain calm under pressure and can pivot quickly when logistics or regulatory challenges arise.

Communication: You can effectively communicate with stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.

Knowledgeable: Familiarity with trade finance instruments (LCs, DP/DA) and dry bulk shipping is highly advantageous.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
