Job Responsibility

1. Handle in-house & Subcon complaint resolution, onsite & offsite

2. Lead and supervise the in-process QC, production inspection activity and FAI submission team for achieving the NCR reduction objective.

3. Liaises with inter-department process owners on internal & external quality non-conformance for CAPA effectiveness.

4. Conduct process quality trend review, for continual improvement of Production and process.

5. Generate CA report condensed by engineering/QC team solving core team.

6. Leads In-house/Vendor Process Evaluation Audits/Visits

7. Reviews and oversees continuous improvement plans, projects and technology roadmap updates.

8. Submission of initial product sample & documentation to the customer for approval.

9. Provide training to the inspection team to perform product lot testing and quality inspection activity towards productivity goals and product conformity.

10. Any ad-hoc duty as assigned by the quality manager.

Job requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, electrical, or Electronics) or Quality Management
• · 1–3 years of experience in quality control, field service, or quality engineering

Technical Knowledge

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of measurement equipment and inspection tools
• Familiarity with quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA) is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
