Role Overview
We are partnering with a globally established, technology-driven industrial solutions company supporting advanced manufacturing environments, including the semiconductor industry. Their products enable highly precise manufacturing processes used in next-generation electronics and emerging technologies.
With continued growth across Asia, the company is expanding its Singapore commercial hub, which oversees regional sales, customer engagement, and logistics coordination.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced commercial and operational leader to take ownership of the Singapore branch, drive regional growth across Southeast Asia, and oversee both business performance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Drive revenue growth across Singapore and Southeast Asia through direct and channel sales
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies aligned with global objectives
- Expand and strengthen distribution networks and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sectors
Operations & Business Management
- Oversee local operations, including warehouse and logistics coordination
- Ensure efficient delivery operations and strong customer satisfaction standards
- Manage forecasting, profitability, and overall business performance
- Support operational scalability as the regional business expands
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Build, lead, and mentor the local Singapore team
- Act as the key bridge between regional customers and global headquarters
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a global matrix organization
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, or site leadership roles
- Strong semiconductor industry experience
- Proven experience managing regional sales and distribution networks across multiple markets
- Experience operating within international and cross-cultural business environments
- Strong commercial acumen with operational leadership capabilities
- Ability to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment with full ownership responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and align with OEM discussions across U.S. time zones
- Fluent English communication skills
