Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for kitchen mise-en-place
2. Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
3. Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
4. Have full knowledge of all menu items.
5. Set-up the station with par stocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station.
6. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
7. Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
8. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
9. Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.
10. Serve food in proper and correct portion size and quality of the food to the restaurant's standards
11. Other duties as assigned.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
