Job Scope:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth outlet performance
• Plan and manage staff manpower scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues professionally
• Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and prepare basic reports

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens only
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Related experience preferred
• Basic communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email)
• Able to start work as soon as possible

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,300.00 per month
