JD :
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, hotel, VISA, and APEC applications for Partners and team members while ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
- Manage travel-related expense claims, corporate credit card reconciliation, and timely submission of claims through Concur.
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling, and daily administrative duties.
- Manage Zoom accounts, meeting room bookings, and safeguard corporate credit card information.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including venue, F&B arrangements, vendor liaison, and on-site support when required.
- Oversee office administration including stationery inventory, guest hospitality, and office support functions.
- Support team operations by providing backup coverage and assisting with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management or Partners
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with expense management systems and corporate credit card reconciliation processes
- Experience in travel coordination, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and APEC card support
- Good understanding of office administration and event coordination processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Professional, presentable, and well-groomed
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
