POSITION:

POSITION : PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR (CONSTRUCTION)

Location : Klang Valley/ Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM1700.00 – RM2500.00 (Depends on experience)

Job Availability : Immediate Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with coordinating logistics, such as permits, site access arrangements (permit to works-ptw)
• Manage and organize all project-related documentation including work orders, schedules, and reports
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to support project operations
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for documentation submissions, gate passes, and other site requirements.
• Ensure all site administrative processes comply with company policies, safety protocols, and project requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and instructions from Directors and Site Management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM,Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a project administration or site coordination role
• Willingness to travel to project sites when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday Half Day
• Possess own transports
