Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager at Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks, including promoting and selling hotel rooms and service units, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Travel Agent database & production
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of the local Malaysian market and industry trends
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
