Job Summary

We are seeking a technically strong Project Designer to handle detailed drawings, coordination, and site implementation. This role focuses on translating design intent into accurate technical documentation and ensuring smooth execution on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings, construction drawings, and technical detailing
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent

Resolve technical issues and discrepancies during design and construction stages

• Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections
• Ensure all drawings comply with local authority requirements and regulations
• Support project team in ensuring timely delivery of drawings and information

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in technical design / project coordination
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (must-have)
• Good knowledge of construction details, joinery, and materials application
• Experience in preparing full set of shop drawings
• Able to coordinate across multiple parties and manage deadlines

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
