HR Manager (Semiconductor)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will be responsible for rebuilding the HR team, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws, and aligning local HR practices with headquarters’ policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and rebuild the HR team, establish HR processes and systems
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and manpower planning
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations
• Manage employee relations, including contracts, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory contributions (KWSP, PERKESO)
• Handle foreign worker employment pass, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Liaise with HQ to implement HR policies and ensure alignment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years HR experience in Malaysia
• Familiar with Malaysian labour law, payroll, and statutory requirements
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Mandarin & English (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
