Senior QA/QC Engineer leads the implementation of site-wide Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems for precast, PPVC, and conventional construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and delivering high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team across Precast, Structural, Architectural, M&E, and Civil works
• Establish and enhance QA/QC systems, processes, and procedures to maintain strong quality controls in both factory and site environments
• Collaborate with Production, Site Management, Suppliers, and Subcontractors to achieve quality objectives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
• Oversee QA/QC documentation including NCRs, ITPs, Observation Reports, and material approvals
• Monitor laboratory activities, raw material quality, and precast module compliance
• Prepare quality performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects, with at least 3–5 years in precast / PPVC
• Proven experience leading QA/QC teams and implementing quality systems across Structural, Architectural, M&E, and Civil trades
• Familiarity with client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry quality standards
