Job Description
Vacancy for Logistics Supervisor
- Able to handle and manage the department on the daily operations
- Overall in charge of logistics, distribution and to liaise with warehouse team of the company.
- To guide and ensure that the operations of the overall warehouse & logistics activities are in order and compliance to the procedures.
- Ensure proper planning and delivery of orders and dispatch correctly according to timeline.
- Self-motivated & able to work independently, reliable and analytical.
- Willing to work overtimes to complete the task assigned.
- Handle outgoing / incoming goods and quality check & product verification upon delivery.
- Monitor the status of the transport and keep good track record.
- Assist and checking of document of DO/Invoice for related documents.
- Monitor flow of logistics, delivery, up pick up & receiving.
- To provide general administrative duties including coordination between inter-department.
- Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Supervise and manage a team of processing workers for delivery.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Puteri Puchong.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- 5.5 Working Days
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
