We are a fast-growing freight forwarding / consolidation company looking for energetic and friendly people to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Reply customer inquiries via WhatsApp / Facebook / TikTok
• Follow up quotations and customer orders
• Assist customers in understanding the shipping process
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat orders
• Promote company campaigns and promotions
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate new customers

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (English is a bonus)
• Friendly and enjoys communicating with people
