Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Project Manager (Interior Design) to join our growing team. This role combines sales, project coordination, and client management responsibilities to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling clients from initial consultation through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
- Coordinate closely with indoor retails sales designers (based in showroom) and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct site visits, site measurements, and on-site inspections when required.
- Follow up with customers consistently to maintain strong relationships.
2. Project Coordination & Monitoring
- Oversee project progress to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
- Coordinate closely with sales designers, installers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Ensure client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from project initiation to completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRPM/sales tracking systems.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding project progress.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of sales agreements, invoices, and project documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and sales updates for management.
- Ensure all paperwork complies with company standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, interior design, renovation, or project coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to conduct site visits independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with design software is an added advantage).
- Possess own transport.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
