Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Records Management, Payroll Administration, Promotions, Resignations, and Disciplinary Matters.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave records, overtime claims, statutory contributions, and payroll-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes.
- Manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees for HQ and retail outlets.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and enhance employee engagement to attract and retain top talent.
- Plan and organize HR-related activities, staff engagement programs, and company events.
- Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and career development initiatives.
- Develop workforce planning strategies and improve onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Support overall HR operations, policies, and programs in line with company objectives and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance, counseling, coaching, and support to employees on HR policies and workplace matters.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with experience in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, retail, or lifestyle industry will have an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and performance management practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and support business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, ethical standards, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
