- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare quotations, and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to after-sales support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Work closely with the R&D, product development, and customer support teams to deliver custom solutions for private label products.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or Science-related).
- Industry: Background in dietary supplements, vitamins, or cosmetics is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
