Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Collect, organize, and manage signed Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
2. Ensure all POD documents are properly arranged, filed, and updated systematically
3. Follow up with drivers or operation teams for missing or incomplete PODs
4. Maintain accurate physical and digital records of delivery documents
5. Assist in tracking POD submission status and documentation completion
6. Prepare and update simple reports related to POD and delivery documentation
7. Support general clerical and administrative tasks for the logistics department
8. Ensure all documentation is properly maintained in accordance with company procedures
9. Perform ad hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
