Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up on accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new customers through digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Promote and recommend suitable loan packages, including tele-sales for new and existing customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications, agreement signing, and submission of required documents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates accurately.
- Monitor customers’ repayment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Assist in basic credit assessment, verification of customer information, and reporting to superior.
- Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.
- Support branch operations, including general housekeeping and administrative tasks.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused.
- Basic knowledge of financial products or lending practices is an added advantage.
- Computer literate with good data entry skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
