We are seeking a hands-on and experienced HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, mature in handling people matters, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, exit)
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
- Maintain and update HR policies & procedures in line with company direction
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies
- Work closely with management on HR planning and improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B / retail / service industry
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices
- Proven ability to handle staff issues, disciplinary cases, and documentation
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical, responsible, and detail-oriented

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
