We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin & Operation Executive to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the mall. The ideal candidate should be able to manage documentation, coordinate with tenants and departments, and ensure smooth operational flow.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and operational tasks of the mall.
- Prepare reports, letters, documentation, and filing systematically.
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor mall operational activities and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in handling tenant complaints, inquiries, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage purchase requests, invoices, and operational records.
- Support management in event coordination and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meeting when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in administration or mall operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in mall management or property management will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work weekends or public holidays when required.
