We’re looking for friendly, reliable, all-round awesome Retail Assistants to keep things running smoothly in-store and online. If you're into a fast-paced, people-first kind of job — let’s talk.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping customers find what they need (and maybe what they didn’t know they needed)
• Restocking shelves like a boss
• Working the cash register (we’ll show you how if you’re new!)
• Keeping the store clean and looking fresh
• Packing and shipping out online orders
• Updating price tags and making sure everything’s in the right spot
• Promoting sales and offers to boost those good vibes
• Solving customer problems like a pro

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail experience = great (but not a dealbreaker)
• Know how to talk to people (in a nice way)
• Can stand/move around all day without complaining
• OK with working on public holidays sometimes
• Good with tech (POS system, barcode guns, etc.)
• Super organized and detail-oriented
• Bonus points if you’ve done online order packing before
