Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage workers on-site, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and project timelines.
• Coordinate and allocate daily tasks to foreign worker teams.
• Monitor work progress, handle on-site issues, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare daily site progress reports and update the project manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor, managing on-site labor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage foreign workers effectively.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Able to work independently and solve problems promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
